1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Manhunt app ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the App.
2. Limitation of Liability
Manhunt shall not be liable for any real-life actions taken by users of the App. The App is not responsible for any consequences arising from user actions. Each user is responsible for acting safely, responsibly, and legally.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Manhunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Users agree to release Manhunt, its affiliates, and employees from any liability arising from participation in the game, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or property damage.
3. User Conduct
By using the App, you agree to the following:
a. You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these Terms.
b. You will not engage in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the App.
c. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
d. You will not break any laws or be perceived as breaking any laws while participating in any part of the App.
e. You will not use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
f. You will not trespass on private property or engage in any illegal activities.
g. You will not encourage or facilitate any violations of these Terms.
4. Changes to Terms
Manhunt reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
5. User Accounts and Registration
a. To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
b. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
c. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the App are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, modify, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without the prior written consent of Manhunt.
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
Manhunt reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without any warranty. Manhunt makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. Manhunt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Manhunt and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
11. Data Retention
Manhunt may retain your data for as long as necessary to provide you with the App's services. You can delete your account at any time, but some data may remain in our systems for a period of time to protect the App in the event of a dispute.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Child Safety Standards
Manhunt is committed to maintaining a safe environment and protecting children from exploitation and abuse. We have zero tolerance for:
a. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
b. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
c. Grooming or attempts to exploit minors
d. Content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children
Users can report violations through our in-app reporting mechanism. All reports will be investigated promptly, and appropriate action will be taken, including but not limited to:
a. Immediate content removal
b. Account termination
c. Reporting to relevant authorities
