MT Code

Free, open-source desktop app for running and controlling coding agents from one place.

macOSWindowsLinux

Overview

MT Code is a free, open-source desktop app for running and controlling coding agents - Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Grok Build, OpenCode, and Google Antigravity - from one place. It is Munim Technologies' fork of T3 Code with extra features and fixes, and anyone can download and use it. The app and its server run on your own computer, model tokens come from the provider subscriptions you already have, and Munim hosts nothing on your behalf.

Requirements

macOS on Apple Silicon, Windows x64, or Linux x64. MT Code drives agents you already have, so install and sign in to at least one provider CLI first: Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor CLI, Grok Build CLI, or OpenCode. Antigravity is enabled from Settings and needs no CLI. Your existing subscriptions are used directly.

Platform notes

macOS

Apple Silicon .dmg, signed with a Developer ID and notarized by Apple.

Windows

x64 .exe installer, currently unsigned. Choose More info then Run anyway if SmartScreen warns.

Linux

x64 AppImage, or a .deb for Debian and Ubuntu (sudo apt install ./MT-Code-*-amd64.deb). Both update themselves.

Features

  • •One app for many agents - Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Grok Build, OpenCode, and Google Antigravity
  • •Computer Use - Agents click, type, screenshot, zoom, hover, and drive browser tabs on your desktop
  • •Computer View - A live remote desktop of the machine a thread runs on, driving its real cursor and keyboard
  • •Computer History - An opt-in activity timeline, not screenshots, that agents can reference
  • •Agent-chosen computers - Start a task on another connected machine without changing where you are working
  • •Resume on restart - Running threads and agents pick up after the app closes
  • •Cross-thread references - Type # to cite another thread and let the agent read it
  • •Thread-to-thread messaging - Agents list sibling threads and send work between them
  • •Provider handoff - Continue a thread with another provider or account from the model picker
  • •Goals - /goal keeps a thread working until the objective is met
  • •Plugin marketplace and skills manager - Browse and install plugins, and manage cross-harness skills
  • •Voice dictation and realtime voice - Talk to the selected agent and hear it answer out loud
  • •Auto-updates from the release repository as new features and fixes ship
